What is NeuroSupporter?
NeuroSupporter is a communication tool that decodes confusing social and everyday moments and translates them into words you can share with the people around you. Responses are powered by Claude Sonnet 4.6.
Who is NeuroSupporter for?
It is built for adults with ADHD, autism, or both (AuDHD) — including those diagnosed later in life who spent years sensing they related to the world differently without knowing why.
How does NeuroSupporter work?
It does two things. First it decodes a moment so you understand why you feel the way you do, with practical suggestions for coping. Then it translates that experience into words you can share with others, so the people in your life understand what is really going on.
What is "Say It For Me"?
"Say It For Me" writes an audience-specific version of what you are going through — a message you can share with a partner, parent, teacher, boss, doctor, or friend — so the right person understands what is really happening, in language they can receive.
Do I need a diagnosis to use NeuroSupporter?
No. You do not need any diagnosis, paperwork, or background information. You can optionally tell the app whether you navigate ADHD or autism so it tailors the read to you, and those selections are kept only for the current session and are never saved.
Is NeuroSupporter medical advice?
No. NeuroSupporter is a communication and social-logic utility and a peer-support tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or psychiatric advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services (911) or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
Does NeuroSupporter store my personal information?
No. No personal background information is required, and nothing about you is stored beyond the email address Stripe requires for payment. Your situations and neurotype selections are processed only to generate your response, are not retained after your session, and are never used to train AI models.
Is there a subscription?
No. There are no recurring subscriptions. You buy a small one-time pack of queries — $1.99 for 20, $4.99 for 60, or $9.99 for 150 — and your queries never expire.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I get a refund?
If a query fails to return a response due to a technical error, the credit is refunded automatically. Outside of technical failures, purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law. Questions? Email support@neurosupporter.com.
How old do I have to be to use NeuroSupporter?
You must be at least 18 years old to use NeuroSupporter.
